below the threshold of 3%. On that date, BR Jersey International Holdings L.P.
held 2.86% of the voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG arising from 5,364,275
voting rights.

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to BR Jersey
International Holdings L.P. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
