Correction of Publication dated February 2, 2011 pursuant to § 26 Abs. 1 WpHG

2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG Macquarie BH Pty Limited,
Sydney, Australia has informed us on January 31, 2011 that the percentage
holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has
exceeded the threshold of 3% on January 26, 2011 and amounts to 3.02% (1,000,000
voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to Macquarie Bank Limited pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Macquarie BH Pty Limited and whose holdings of voting rights
amount to 3% each or more in Wincor Nixdorf AG:

Macquarie Bank Limited

3. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG Macquarie Group Limited,
Sydney, Australia has informed us on January 31, 2011 that the percentage
holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has
