Berlin, Germany, 12 October 2010 (euro adhoc) - NOXXON Pharma AG (website)
announced today that in addition to the financing of EUR33m which was recently
announced on 27 May 2010 (see press release), it has concluded a further capital
raise of EUR2m which brings the total amount raised in this series D financing
to EUR35m in aggregate.

The new investors who elected to participate in this financing round include CD
Ventures and other private investors.
