increased by 238,992. The new total number of voting rights is due to the
exercise of options under the Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP). Q4 2009:
139,278 voting bearer shares; Q1 2010: 99,714 voting bearer shares. These
options were serviced from contingent capital.
