Subtitle: Cologne increasingly developing into Germany's Internet capital

Cologne (euro adhoc) - Cologne, May 21, 2010. AdLINK Internet Media AG,
Germany's largest stock exchange-listed online marketing company, is to be
renamed Sedo Holding AG and will move its headquarters from Montabaur to
Cologne.

The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of AdLINK Internet Media AG on May 19, 2010
resolved to change the company's name to Sedo Holding AG. It was also decided to
relocate the company's registered office from Montabaur to Cologne. The two
decisions reflect the company's realignment in 2009 and its focus on the fields
of Domain Marketing (Sedo) and Affiliate Marketing (affilinet).

"We are delighted to have such a highly attractive location as Cologne. Its
excellent infrastructure is ideal and our close proximity to the university
makes it easier for us to attract highly skilled job applicants," says Tim
Schumacher, CEO of Sedo Holding AG (currently still trading under AdLINK
Internet Media AG). "We want to continue growing in Cologne and create new jobs
here," adds Schumacher.

Dr. Norbert Walter-Borjans, Cologne's Treasurer and Director of Economic

trading under AdLINK Internet Media AG). This will give further momentum to
Cologne as a leading location for media, communication and IT companies."
