ISIN AT0000A0GMD6 - convertible bond 2010-2016

In consequence of the payment of a cash dividend in the amount of EUR 0.25 per
share to the shareholders of conwert Immobilien Invest SE ("conwert"), the
conversion prices of the convertible bonds are adjusted as follows:
1. The conversion price of the 1.5% debenture due 2014 convertible into
common bearer shares with no par value of conwert ("convertible bond
2007-2014") according to § 10e of the terms and conditions of the
convertible bond 2007-2014 is adjusted by so far EUR 14.90 to EUR 14.33.
2. The conversion price of the 5.25% debenture due 2016 convertible into
common bearer shares with no par value of conwert ("convertible bond
2010-2016") according to § 10e of the terms and conditions of the
convertible bond 2010-2016 is adjusted by so far EUR 12.06 to EUR 11.60.
The adjustment becomes into effect by 20 April 2010.
