Zumikon (euro adhoc) - Accel Energy AG (Frankfurt: ACY) announces a capital
raise for its new alternative energy manufacturing plant in China. Pursuant to
stockholder approval at the annual meeting authorizing the raise, all existing
stockholders have a right to participate first, for 30 days after which open to
public. The funds will be used to build the factory for the new alternative
energy product line. This plant will service worldwide distribution to meet
demands from around the globe. In addition the company holds the rights for
sales to the China and Middle East market. The new product sales estimates upon
completion of the plant facility that its first year orders will be 3.5 million
