Wien (euro adhoc) - Rudolf Payer, member of the Management Board of RHI AG will
not extend his Management Board contract as already announced on 16 December
2009, at his own request. The tasks managed by Rudolf Payer will be taken over
by Henning Jensen, since January 2010 CFO of RHI AG, as of 15 March 2010.

The Supervisory Board thanks Rudolf Payer for many years of commitment to the
company and wishes him all the best for his further career.
