In accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG LB Hercules Holdings LLC (previously,
Neuberger Berman Holdings LLC, previously, Neuberger Berman Inc.), New York,
USA, have informed us on October 23, 2009 that their shareholdings in Wincor
Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3% on May 4,
2009 and amounted to 0,00% on that day.
