Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, went below the threshold of 5% of the total
voting stocks of Wincor Nixdorf on September 3, 2009.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management Limited in
Wincor Nixdorf AG at September 3, 2009 amounted to 4.983% (1,648,518 shares).
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Asset
