Hörsching, September 1st, 2009 (VSE: PYT) - POLYTEC HOLDING AG discloses, that
the current CFO, Mr. Klaus Rinnerberger, has left the company by mutual
agreement by the end of August.

Klaus Rinnerberger was significantly involved in the negotiations regarding the
restructuring of the group, which finally resulted in the sale of PEGUFORM GROUP
and the discharge of credit lines for the purchase. In compliance with the
agreed debt relief Mr. Rinnerberger will become CEO of PEGUFORM GROUP.

Until the appointment of a new CFO by the supervisory board, the function will
be temporarily taken over by CEO Friedrich Huemer. The appointment of the new
CFO should occur in time.
