have informed us on July 8, 2009 that their shareholdings in Wincor Nixdorf AG,
Paderborn, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 5% on September 11, 2008
and amounted to 4.86% (1,606,596 voting rights) on that day. All voting rights
are attributed to Neuberger Berman LLC pursuant to Sect. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
6 WpHG.

In accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG Neuberger Berman Holdings LLC
(formerly: Neuberger Berman Inc.), New York, USA, have informed us on July 8,
2009 that their shareholdings in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, have
fallen below the threshold of 5% on September 11, 2008 and amounted to 4.86%
(1,606,596 voting rights) on that day. All voting rights are attributed to
