In compliance with § 93 in conjunction with § 91 of the Stock Exchange Act, bwin
Interactive Entertainment AG wishes to announce that the Company´s two Co-CEOs,
Manfred Bodner and Norbert Teufelberger, transferred a total of 2,573,880 bwin
shares to New Media & Gaming Holding Ltd. ("NMGH") in June 2008. NMGH is 100%
owned by the two Co-CEOs and has its registered office in Malta. As a result of
this transfer, NMGH now holds more than 5%, but less than 10% of the voting
rights of bwin Interactive Entertainment AG, and Manfred Bodner and Norbert
Teufelberger each hold less than 5% of the voting rights.
