Amendment of voting rights disclosure in line with Article 21 (1a) of the WpHG

"Effective 29 December 2008, Volksfürsorge Deutsche Lebensversicherung AG
changed its company name to Generali Lebensversicherung AG and AMB Generali
Holding AG changed its company name to Generali Deutschland Holding AG. In
addition, on 16 September 2008 Volksfürsorge Holding AG changed its company
name to Generali Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs-AG.

On their authority and on their behalf, we amend the following voting rights
disclosures for Generali Lebensversicherung AG (Number 1), for Generali
Deutschland Holding AG (Number 3), for Generali Beteiligungs-GmbH (Number 4),
for Generali Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Number 5) and on our own account
(Number 2):

- disclosure at 25 July 2006, submitted to the Bundesanstalt für
Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority)

We also disclose the following in line with Article 21 (1a) of the WpHG:

In accordance with Article 21 (1a) of the WpHG, Generali Lebensversicherung AG,
Munich, Germany, discloses that its voting rights share in OVB Holding AG at
the date of the first-time admission of OVB Holding AG shares for trade on an
organised market - 20 July 2006 - amounted to 10.74% (1,530,000 voting rights).

In accordance with Article 21 (1a) in conjunction with Article 22 (1) Clause 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG, Generali Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs-AG, Munich, Germany,
discloses that its voting rights share in OVB Holding AG at the date of the
first-time admission of OVB Holding AG shares for trade on an organised market
- 20 July 2006 - amounted to 10.74% (1,530,000 voting rights).
10.74% of this (1,530,000 voting rights) were attributable to it in line with
Article 22 (1) Clause 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights attributable to it were held by the following subsidiary, whose
voting rights in OVB Holding AG amounted to 3% or more:

that its voting rights share in OVB Holding AG at the date of the first-time
admission of OVB Holding AG shares for trade on an organised market - 20 July
2006 - amounted to 10.74% (1,530,000 voting rights).
10.74% of this (1,530,000 voting rights) were attributable to it in line with
Article 22 (1) Clause 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights attributable to it were held by the following subsidiaries, whose
voting rights in OVB Holding AG each amounted to 3% or more:

10.74% of this (1,530,000 voting rights) were attributable to it in line with

admission of OVB Holding AG shares for trade on an organised market - 20 July
2006 - amounted to 10.74% (1,530,000 voting rights).
10.74% of this (1,530,000 voting rights) were attributable to it in line with
Article 22 (1) Clause 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights attributable to it were held by the following subsidiaries, whose
voting rights in OVB Holding AG each amounted to 3% or more:

17 April 2008 (released on 30 April 2008), due to the lack of threshold
contact."

you in line with Articles 21 and 22 of the WpHG:

In line with Article 21 (1) of the WpHG, Generali Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs-
AG, Munich, Germany, discloses that on 16 September 2008 its voting rights
share in OVB Holding AG continued to exceed the threshold of 10% and amounted
to 10.74% (1,530,000 voting rights) at this date.
10.74% of this (1,530,000 voting rights) were attributable to it in line with
Article 22 (1) Clause 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights attributable to it were held by the following subsidiary, whose
voting rights in OVB Holding AG amounted to 3% or more:
