Wien (euro adhoc) - The Annual General Meeting, which was held on May 20, 2009,
resolved to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.75 per eligible share for the
business year 2008.

The dividend will be distributed after deduction of 25% witholding tax
(Kapitalertragsteuer), where applicable, as of May 28, 2009 on the basis of the
balance of deposits on May 25, 2009 via crediting at the custodian banks.

Appointed paying agent is UniCredit Bank Austria AG.

The ex-dividend 2008 trade at the Vienna Stock Exchange will start as of May 26,
2009.
