Mood and Motion AG (previously Neue Sentimental Film) has adjusted its annual
forecast and forecast for the fourth quarter

Frankfurt am Main, December 29, 2008 - Mood and Motion AG (formerly Neue
Sentimental Film), Frankfurt (ISIN: DE0005341408), a leading international
producer of advertising films and TV formats, has not been able to escape the
general trend of falling advertising spending, and has adjusted its forecast.

The fourth quarter is traditionally the strongest in the year, however as a
result of the continued reluctance shown by advertising customers, which has had
its full impact in the Q4, revenues of just approx. EUR 7 million and negative
EBIT are being forecast for this quarter. As a result, the company is also
adjusting its forecast for 2008 as a whole. CEO Tom Gläser is now forecasting
revenues of approx. EUR 45 million and negative operating EBIT of approx. EUR
-0.3 million from continued operations.

The Managing Board has already reacted by putting a cost-cutting program in
place, with the result that up costs of up to EUR 1 million will be saved over
the year. This spans both the synergies stemming from the integration as well as
restructuring activities which will bear fruit in the first quarter. In
addition, other activities are also being reviewed, with the result that the
Managing Board plans to announce its forecast for the whole of 2009 in January.
