WpHG as follows:

The Federated Investors Inc., Pittsburgh, PA, USA made the following
notifications regarding their holding of voting rights held in CompuGROUP
Holding AG according to § 21 et seq. WpHG in their own name as well as by their
subsidiary FII Holdings Inc., Pittsburgh, USA.

1. Notification of voting rights in the name and on behalf of FII Holdings Inc.
pursuant to § 21 para. 1 WpHG:

1.1 On 29 August 2008 FIl Holdings Inc. fell below the 5 per cent threshold of
§ 21 para. 1 WpHG and held at this date 4.79 per cent of the voting rights
(2,550,100 voting rights) in CompuGROUP Holding AG. All 4.79 per cent of the
voting rights (2,550,100 voting rights) are attributed to FII Holdings Inc.
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

1.2 On 13 October 2008 FIl Holdings Inc. fell below the 3 per cent threshold of
§ 21 para. 1 WpHG and held at this date 2.88 per cent of the voting rights
(1,532,068 voting rights) In CompuGROUP Holding AG. All 2.88 per cent of the
voting rights (1'532,068 voting rights) are attributed to FIl Holdings Inc.
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

2. Notification of voting rights in the name of Federated Investors Inc.
pursuant to § 21 para. 1 WpHG:

2.1 On 29 August 2008 we fell below the 5 per cent threshold of § 21 para. 1
WpHG and held at this date 4.79 per cent of this voting rights (2,550,100
voting rights) in CompuGROUP Holding AG. All 4.79 per cent of the voting rights
(2,550,100 voting rights) are attributed to us pursuant to § 22 par. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.

2.2 On 13 October 2008 we fell below the 3 per cent threshold of § 21 para. 1
WpHG and held at this date 2.88 per cent of the voting rights (1,532.068 voting
rights) in CompuGROUP Holding AG. All 2.88 per cent of the voting rights
(1,532,068 voting rights) are attributed to us pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.
