D+S europe AG: Major long-term contract and takeover of locations consolidate strategic partnership with Deutsche Telekom Group

Hamburg (euro adhoc) - Hamburg. October 25, 2008. D+S europe AG (ISIN:
DE0005336804) has successfully consolidated its strategic partnership with
Deutsche Telekom as customer service provider. Beyond already existing contracts
Deutsche Telekom Group has assigned further customer service and expert tasks to
D+S europe AG for a period of at least five years.

D+S europe AG will expand its resources by taking over five locations of
Deutsche Telekom subsidiary Vivento Customer Services (VCS). With effect from
December 1, 2008 D+S europe will take over their service centers in Berlin,
Gera, Göttingen, Leipzig and Rottweil. By transfer of undertakings in accordance
with §613a German Civil Code more than 550 VCS employees are thus to join TELDAS
service center management GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of D+S europe AG.
Moreover, D+S europe AG plans to permanently employ about 260 temporary staff
within the TELDAS network.

After the transfer of business the number of employees of the strongly growing
D+S europe AG is expected to increase to more than 7,000 employees at Group
level including contract and temporary personnel. Previously D+S europe AG
already created 1,000 new jobs organically at its Rügen and Gera locations in
May 2007 and June 2008.

sophisticated customer contact management with a focus on the business sector of
telecommunications." explains Tobias Hartmann, member of the Group Board of D+S
europe AG. "In the next days, members of Board and Management will visit their
colleagues at our new locations in order to introduce to them D+S europe AG and
present our joint plans."

ten service centers in Germany at the locations Hamburg, Itzehoe, Bremerhaven,
Parchim, Bergen/Rügen, Frankfurt (Oder), Münster, Gera, Augsburg and Hof.
