CompuGROUP's Subsidiary Has Signed Contract with Poland's Biggest Military
Hospital

Warsaw (Poland)/Koblenz (Germany), August 05, 2008 - UHC Sp. z o.o., a
subsidiary of CompuGROUP Holding AG, announces another successful venture: The
supplier of hospital information systems has signed a contract with the biggest
military hospital in Poland.

This 1,100 bed hospital in Warsaw is the central training place for all Polish
military hospitals. In the future, users will work here with UHC's innovative
software solutions. UHC provides the latest web-based software solutions able
to handle all current medical applications. Moreover, UHC software improves the
workflow of medical care providers and also handles the National Health Fund's
reimbursement process.

The military hospital will use the full range of UHC's information systems,
which will modernize today's medical care. In addition to the central hospital
information systems, the software solutions will be applied to special medical
applications and also optimize the hospital's business administration.

Waldemar Grudzién, Director of UHC, stressed: "Through our successful
acquisition of this contract, we have won another important customer for our
hospital information systems. Hospital IT networking will become an
increasingly important aspect in the future. We are confident that the usage of
our innovative software will advance the economical performance of the hospital
in Warsaw.
