In accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., New
York, USA, has informed us that their shareholdings in Wincor Nixdorf AG,
Paderborn, Germany, have exceeded the threshold of 5% and 5.677% (in absolute
numbers: 1.878.010 of said shares) are being held on that day.
These shares are aggregated to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG with respect to 0.659% of the shares (in absolute
numbers: 217,944 shares). Also 5.018% of the shares (in absolute numbers:
1,660,066 shares) are aggregated to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sect. 22 para. 1 sent. 2
WpHG.

In accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG Neuberger Berman Inc., New York, USA,
has informed us that their shareholdings in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn,
Germany, have exceeded the threshold of 5% on June 24, 2008 and 5.018% (in
absolute numbers 1,660,066 of said shares) are being held on that day. These
shares are aggregated to Neuberger Berman Inc. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

In accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG Neuberger Berman LLC, New York, USA,
has informed us that their shareholdings in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn,
Germany, have exceeded the threshold of 5% on June 24, 2008 and 5.018% (in
absolute numbers: 1,660,066 of said shares) were being held on that day. These
voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Neuberger Berman LLC
pursuant to Sect. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
