Waidhofen/Ybbs (euro adhoc) - Vienna/Waidhofen an der Ybbs, June 4, 2008. At the
fourth Annual Shareholders´ Meeting held today, Bene AG approved distribution of
a dividend of euro 0.22 per share for the business year 2007/08. This equals a
dividend payout ratio of 48.6 % and amounts to approximately euro 5.4m. The
dividend will be paid on June 12, 2008.

Furthermore, seven other proposals were approved by attending shareholders.
