HTI AG: RESOLUTIONS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

St. Marien, Austria, May 27, 2008. The 10th Annual General Meeting of HTI High
Tech Industries AG held today unanimously elected Kurt Helletzgruber and Bruno
Krainz to the Supervisory Board. Mr. Helletzgruber will assume this position
immediately, whereas Mr. Krainz has been elected effective July 1, 2008. The
curriculum vitae of the two new Supervisory Board members are available on the
HTI website at

All other items on the agenda were also unanimously approved in accordance with
the resolutions submitted to the Annual General Meeting.

In the subsequent Supervisory Board meeting, the Supervisory Board of HTI AG
extended the terms of office for the members of the Management Board - Peter
Glatzmeier, Nikolaus Kretz, Thomas Vondrak and Karlheinz Wintersberger - until
December 31, 2011. Ms. Birgit Hochenegger-Stoirer has resigned her position on
the Management Board for family reasons, effective June 30, 2008. No replacement
will be named. Nikolaus Kretz will continue as Chief Financial Officer, a
position he has temporarily held since the beginning of 2008. Peter Glatzmeier
will assume management responsibility for human resources.
