Saarbrücken (euro adhoc) - ItN Nanovation AG today issued a notification of
voting rights pursuant to §26 (1) WpHG [German Securities Trading Act] showing
that the investor Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA ("Heliad") halved its
stake on 9 May 2008 from 4.22% to 2.11%, representing 113,606 voting rights.

The announcement was preceded by the sale of just under 50% of the substantive
equity participations of Heliad to a fund run by London-based financial investor
Greenpark Capital Limited. Heliad reported the signature of the underlying
agreement in an ad hoc announcement on 3 April 2008.
