Stuttgart, May 14, 2008 - Heiler Software AG, one of the leading providers of
electronic product information solutions and catalogue management systems
increased consolidated sales revenues in the second quarter of fiscal year
2007/08 (01/01/2008 - 03/31/2008) from 2.12 million Euro to 2.96 million Euro
(+40%) and thus realized - based on sales revenues - the strongest second
quarter of its corporate history.

The sales growth stems mainly from deals with new customers in Europe and the
US. Software license revenues showed with an increase from 0.45 million Euro to
0.74 million Euro (+64%) an especially strong growth rate when compared to the
corresponding period of the prior year. Maintenance revenues increased from 0.43
million Euro to 0.48 million Euro (+12%) and the hosting and so called
Application Service Providing (ASP)-revenues increased from 0.20 million Euro to
0.27 million Euro (+35%). Due to the good order situation, consulting revenues
also increased strongly from 1.02 million Euro to 1.44 million Euro (+41%).

The strong increase in sales revenues led to an improvement of gross profits
from 1.20 million Euro in the prior year to 1.51 million Euro. Earnings before
interest and taxes improved from -0.10 million Euro to 0.02 million Euro.
Earnings before taxes increased from 0.08 million Euro to 0.16 million Euro and
net income increased from 0.07 million Euro to 0.16 million Euro.

Heiler Software not only recognized its strongest second quarter in terms of
sales of its corporate history but also exceeded the preceding fourth quarter of
the calendar year, which is in the software business typically a strong one, in
terms of sales and results.
