Today the Supervisory Board of Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2)
has appointed Mr. Martin Billhardt as CEO as from 1 July 2008 and again as
Member of the Board. In order to bound him in his function to the company, the
company has concluded a new board members contract with a term of 9 May 2008 to
30 April 2013. Mr. Billhardt is a Board Member of the company since 1 August
2004.
