Paris (euro adhoc) - Motion Network Holding PLC (MNH), parent company of Motion
Network TV, the first 24/7 free movie channel in Europe, operated a share swap
over Home TV, subsidiary company of Horse Creek Entertainment AB. MNH owns 20 %
of Home TV in Sweden and 65 % for the rest of Europe.

HomeTV started in 2006 in Sweden and Norway: The launch of HomeTV will start in
Denmark and Finland soon. A huge number of marketing activities and promotions
have been implemented during the first months of 2007. HomeTV is a part of many
leading community sites.??The Baltic States, Poland, UK and Ireland will start
in 2008. HomeTV in these territories will be launched under the trademarks
www.hometvone.com and www.hometv1.com.

Movies from Warner Bros. were launched in March 2007 in Sweden, Norway, Denmark
and Finland. Within the first six months box office hits like "Superman
Returns", "The Departed", "300", "Blood Diamond", "Music & Lyrics" and the
animated "Happy Feet" will be launched. Negotiations with other American film
companies are in progress and distribution agreements with all seven major
companies are estimated to be concluded by the winter of 2007/2008. Distribution
agreements have been signed with Scanbox and Pan Vision. HomeTV will have full
access to Scanbox´s library of films. This includes films like Mel Gibson´s
"Apocalypto", "The Passion of the Christ and "Saw III". The agreement with Pan
Vision includes local Swedish boxoffice hits from Sonet Film and the comedy
group "Galenskaparna"s productions on films and TV series. These agreements will
give HomeTV access to additional 500-700 titles. In addition to all content
mentioned above are all Horse Creek Entertainment´s movies shown.
Negotiations are taking place with different gaming companies. Mostly among
gambling in poker, casino and sports. Under development for launch in 2008 is
hometvbetting, where the consumer can bet on different movies, actors and other
showbiz areas will be developed. This supply will make HomeTV a unique full
service content provider on the Nordic market.

Horse Creek Entertainment is in negotiations with Sony BMG / EMI / MTV regarding
screening rights to show concerts and music videos. These deals cover live
concerts from around the world as well.
HomeTV will under 2008/2009 supply the market with content straight to the
mobile telephone. The mobile phones and nets of today make it possible to
distribute content straight to your phone.
With its participation in Home TV, MNTV pursue its strategy of "Thinking global,
acting local. MNH intend to implement the international rollout of the HomeTV
products through linkage with MNH´s local partners. In all countries where MNH
broadcasts, HomeTV will be able to offer VOD services with both local market
films and films common to all markets.  In addition MNH will work with HomeTV to
expand its VOD internet platform to fit a more global e-commerce model revolving
around entertainment.

Home TV VOD Portal is a global platform locally customizable to fit in domestic
markets. It complements MNH in reaching the all media scope and placing itself
on all the film rights business range.

MNH´s acquisition of the participation in  HomeTV combines MNH's European
partner network with a world-class range of VOD content delivered by HomeTV.
