Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG

1. JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., New York, USA informed us pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 4th of April 2008 the voting rights of
JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany
exceeded the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 3.15 percent (667,150
voting rights) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares on
this day.

All voting rights are attributable to JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc. in
accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 of
the WpHG.

2. JPMorgan Chase & Co. New York, USA informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1
of the WpHG that on 4th of April 2008 the voting rights of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3 percent and
amounted to 3.15 percent (667,754 voting rights) in relation to all shares of
the respective voting shares on this day.

The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to § 22
para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 of the WpHG is
concerning 3.151% corresponding 667,150 of voting rights. Furthermore, the
attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to § 22 para
1 sentence 1 no. 1 is concerning 0.003% corresponding to 604 of the voting
rights.
