"The third quarter of 2007/2008 is by far the most successful quarter ever in
the history of feratel", says CEO Markus Schröcksnadel in the light of the
latest figures announced for the current financial year.

Total sales were up by 79 percent to EUR 11.9 million in the third quarter of
2007/2008 after EUR 6.7 million in the third quarter of 2006/2007. This
increase also had a positive impact on profitability: The operating result
(EBIT) was EUR 1.9 million compared with EUR 1.5 million, an increase of 26
percent in the period-to-period comparison. An improvement is also reported for
the result from ordinary activities (EBT), from EUR 1.6 million to EUR 1.9
million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization
(EBITDA) stood at EUR 3.3 million compared with EUR 1.9 million.

Consolidated sales for the first nine months at feratel media technologies AG
rose 65 percent to EUR 20.7 million after EUR 12.6 million. This increase is
mainly a result of consolidation of the Sitour companies acquired in the
previous year in Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as
the growth in sales reported for the previously affiliated companies. At EUR
3.1 million compared with EUR 1.6 million, EBITDA almost doubled. A big
increase over the previous year is reported for operating cash flow, which
stood at EUR 4.3 million (EUR 2.8 million) after the first nine months. EBT
came to minus TEUR 312.0 compared with TEUR 528.3, and the operating result to
minus TEUR 145.8 after TEUR 396.1.

Trading at feratel technologies AG has always had a seasonal bias, with sales
in the Telecommunications Division concentrated in the second half of the
financial year, while overheads are distributed equally over the full twelve-
month period. This seasonal effect is additionally reinforced by the newly
consolidated Sitour companies, whose business activities also have a seasonal
focus.

"In view of the extremely positive developments in the third quarter, we are
convinced that the sales and earnings targeted for financial 2007/2008 by year
end in April are realistic. We are expecting further improvements in the
results with sales totaling some EUR 30 million," says Markus Schröcksnadel. By
way of comparison, last year's EBT was TEUR 1,136.0 for a sales total of EUR
20.8 million.
