Köln (euro adhoc) - Today, VIVACON AG (ISIN 000604 8911) sold a further
residential real estate portfolio to the WIAG Wohnimmobilien AG (WIAG) Joint
Venture. The total portfolio consists of 489 residential and commercial units
with a total living space of 31,800 sqm. The units are located in North
Rhine-Westphalia and Saarland. The transaction is structured in the form of a
sale of shares in special purpose vehicles.

The transaction volume amounts to approximately EUR 26m in total. VIVACON´s
share of the annual ground lease payments is expected to amount to c. 73,000
EUR. Including today´s transaction, the total number of owned units by WIAG AG
amounts to more than 4,800 units.
