Karlsruhe, March 3, 2008 - The Supervisory Board of ComBOTS AG (ISIN:
DE000CMBT111) has adopted the financial statements and approved the
consolidated financial statements for fiscal 2007.

In the single entity balance sheet ComBOTS AG closes fiscal 2007 with a net
income for the year of EUR 35.5 million (prior year: EUR -40.5 million). On
December 31, 2007 the balance sheet profit amounted to EUR 241.1 million (prior
year: EUR 226.8 million). The annual result of the AG was largely influenced by
the contribution of 17 million United Internet shares at a price of EUR 10.50
per share to a wholly owned subsidiary at the end of 2007. For the AG this
meant the realization of hidden reserves in the amount of EUR 65.5 million. On
this basis the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board decided to propose a
dividend in the amount of EUR 1.20 per share to this year's annual general
meeting.

On a group level fiscal 2007 closes with a net deficit for the year of EUR 36.6
million (prior year: EUR -33.3 million). This includes one-off expenses for
restructuring in the amount of EUR 10.9 million. From the group angle, this
contrasts with share price gains of the United Internet block of shares in the
amount of EUR 96.0 million which are not recognized in the profit and loss
statement.

Taking into account the financial and investment income on the basis of the
current asset and finance structure and including the interest effect from
outflow of funds for dividends the company anticipates a balanced net result
for fiscal 2008.
