Expected 2009e EBIT contribution of over EUR 3 million

Hamburg, 30 January 2008. D+S europe AG (ISIN: DE0005336804), the leading
service provider for comprehensive e-commerce and customer contact management,
has acquired a total share of 85.2% in Adamicus GmbH, a full service agency for
online performance marketing, with effect from 1 January 2008. Silence was
agreed on the purchase price. The fixed component amounts to a share number in
the medium five-figure range acquired by D+S europe AG from its cash flow via
the stock market in January 2008 exploiting the general weakness of the capital
market. For the remaining share of 14.8% D+S europe AG obtained an option to
takeover expiring in 2012.

Adamicus GmbH is a full service agency for online performance marketing and is
already operating for several of D+S europe AG´s clients especially from the
fast-growing fashion industry. With its needs-based strategies Adamicus supports
its clients´ Internet transactions increasing the number of visits and sales
volume of their websites. Adamicus´ main focus is enhancing the performance of
Internet shops.

For D+S europe AG this takeover is of particular strategic significance for
further expanding its e-commerce business. Even today D+S europe AG is one of
the leading providers of online shops and online sales. Thus several well-known
suppliers, in particular from the fashion industry, make use of D+S europe AG´s
services, whose product range will now be rounded off by the takeover of
Adamicus GmbH. In 2008 D+S europe AG will expand its e-commerce capacities
considerably and start running the online shops of new clients. Already in 2009e
D+S europe AG expects an EBIT contribution of over EUR 3 million from its online
marketing transactions.
