S-Group Travel Holding GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, informed us on 11 January 2008
pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that they exceeded the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 29 November 2007 and at
this point in time held 3.02% (7,585,000 voting shares).

In addition, Mr. Alexey Mordashov, Russia, Sungrebe Investments Limited,
Tortola, British Virgin Islands, Artcone Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, and S-Group
Travel Holding GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, informed us on 9 January 2008 pursuant
to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that they exceeded the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 8 January 2008 each and at this
point in time held 5.02% (12,600,000 voting shares).

All voting shares are held by S-Group Travel Holding GmbH and are attributed to
Artcone Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG. All
voting shares are attributed to Sungrebe Investments Limited through Artcone
Limited and S-Group Travel Holding GmbH pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1,
sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG. All voting shares are attributed to Mr. Alexey
Mordashov through Sungrebe Investments Limited and Artcone Limited and S-Group
Travel Holding GmbH pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of
the WpHG.
