Krems, 20. December 2007: Eybl International AG has been informed, that the
shareholding of FRIES Familien-Privatstiftung as of 04. December 2007 was
232,638 shares or 42.362 % of the outstanding shares.

As of 31. March 2007 the stake of FRIES Familien-Privatstiftung was 35,9 %.

Eybl International AG has also been informed, that "Fries-Syndikat" holds due to
the above mentioned acquisition by FRIES Familien-Privatstiftung from now on an
investment of 62.462 %.

Under Austrian law a company needs to announce if the stake of a shareholder
exceeds or falls below a specific level (e.g. 5%).
