Bad Soden, November 22, 2007 - TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) reports the
first nine months of 2007. During this period from January 1, 2007 until
September 30, 2007 TRIPLAN was able to increase the revenues by 21 percent from
29m EUR by 6m EUR to 35m EUR in comparison to the same period last year. The
EBIT improved from 1,024 TEUR to 1,653 TEUR by 629 TEUR or 61 percent.

Accrued profit or loss increased by 594 TEUR, from 735 TEUR, in comparison to
the same period last year, to 1,329 TEUR. The EPS (Earnings per Share) rose from
0.09 EUR (diluted/undiluted) to 0.14 EUR (diluted / undiluted) for the period
from January 1, to September 30, 2007.

The positive development of the first six months 2007 is continued with the
third quarter 2007. In addition to the positive development in sales and
earnings, the cash position was improved as well. As of the reporting date,
TRIPLAN´s liquid assets were in the amount of 5,686 TEUR (as of September 30,
2006: 3,527 TEUR). The equity ratio was 54.8 percent (as of September 30, 2006:
53.9 percent).

For the business year 2007, TRIPLAN increases the overall performance
expectation from 42m EUR with an EBIT of 2m EUR to 44m EUR with an EBIT of 2.2m
EUR.
