On 18 September 2007 M&G Investment Limited has fallen below the 3% threshold of
§ 21 para. 1 WpHG and now holds 2.98% (1,230,164 shares held with voting rights)
of the voting rights in K+S AG. It was attributed these 2.98% (1,230,164 shares
held with voting rights) of the voting rights in K+S AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1
