CURANUM AG, Munich, intends to increase its equity capital by 10% or 2,970,000
shares. The Management and Supervisory Boards of CURANUM AG decided to increase
the Company's equity capital against contribution in cash, excluding preemptive
rights. A bank will place the shares to institutional investors.

CURANUM AG plans to extent the nationwide network of nursing facilities by
further acquisitions to enhance the cluster-system and increase profitability.
