of the former Thielert investor Marco Hahn" we now have knowledge from Mr. Marco
Hahn's lawyer that Mr. Hahn is not shareholder of Kreuz Consulting AG. Correct
is: Plaintiff is the Kreuz Consulting AG - a company founded by former Thielert
investor Marco Hahn. The company emerged from other companies of Hahn and is now
part of the Hahn Group.

As already assumed on 7 March 2007 in a press release, the Thielert
Aktiengesellschaft has attained knowlegde of complaints regarding nullity
declaratory against annual reports of 2003 to 2005 of the operational societies
of the group were submitted. Plaintiff is the Kreuz Consulting AG - a company
founded by former Thielert investor Marco Hahn. The company emerged from other
companies of Hahn and is now part of the Hahn Group.
