Pursuant to Section 21 subsection (1) of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) the BWInvest Baden-Württembergische Investmentgesellschaft mbH with its
headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, has notified us that its proportion of
voting rights in W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG fell below the 3 percent threshold
on April 13, 2007 and since that day amounts to 0.507 percent (corresponding to
45,625 voting rights).

Pursuant to Section 21 subsection (1) of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) the RA-MICRO Software GmbH with its headquarters in Berlin, Germany, has
notified us that its proportion of voting rights in W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG
fell below the 5 percent and 3 percent threshold on April 17, 2007 and since
that day amounts to 0.00 percent (corresponding to zero voting rights).

Pursuant to Section 21, Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
the ATON GmbH with its headquarters in Fulda, Germany, has notified us that its
proportion of voting rights in W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG exceeded the 15
percent threshold on April 13, 2007 and since that day amounts to 17.41 percent
(corresponding to 1,566,584 voting rights).

Pursuant to Section 21, Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
Dr. med. Lutz M. Helmig, Germany, has notified us that his proportion of voting
rights in W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG exceeded the 15 percent threshold on April
13, 2007 and since that day amounts to 17.41 percent (corresponding to 1,566,584
voting rights). In reference to these, 17.41 percent (corresponding to
1,566,584 voting rights) resulting from ATON GmbH are to be attributed to him
pursuant to Section 22, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1 No. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG).

Pursuant to Section 21, Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
the ATON GmbH with its headquarters in Fulda, Germany, has notified us that its
proportion of voting rights in W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG exceeded the 20
percent threshold on April 18, 2007 and since that day amounts to 24.41 percent
(corresponding to 2,196,584 voting rights).

Pursuant to Section 21, Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
Dr. med. Lutz M. Helmig, Germany, has notified us that his proportion of voting
rights in W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG exceeded the 20 percent threshold on April
18, 2007 and since that day amounts to 24.41 percent (corresponding to 2,196,584
voting rights). In reference to these, 24.41 percent (corresponding to 2,196,584
voting rights) resulting from ATON GmbH are to be attributed to him pursuant to
Section 22, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1 No. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG).
