The extremely positive feedback at the world premiere of the KTM X-Bow at the
Geneva International Motor Show has turned the balance: The Upper-Austrian
Company will go into series production with the light weight sport car. The
partner for this production is Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik in Graz/Austria - a
partner with long tradition and great experience in the automobile construction.

The production will already start beginning of 2008, first deliveries to
customers may be expected in February. In order to meet the high demand - there
are currently 600 orders registered - KTM aspires to reach the maximum
production capacity of approx. 1000 units per year as fast as possible. For the
following years the company expects a sales volume of more than 500 units per
year
