The Supervisory Board of MIM MONDO IGEL MEDIA AG approved the audited annual
results of 2006 as presented by the Board of Management today.

MIM increased its turnover to EUR 1.7 million (2005: 1.5 million), which
contributed to pulling its Result of Ordinary Activities up to EUR 79 k (2005:
EUR -352 k). EBITDA was also increased substantially, from EUR 536 k in 2005 to
EUR 749 k in 2006. Net profit for the year fell slightly, but remained positive
at EUR 79 k (2005: EUR 141 k).

The company saw the new stricter publication requirements on German regulated
markets as a good opportunity for a decision: at the their meeting today, the
Board of Management and Supervisory Board also mutually decided to change MIM’s
market segment from the Hamburg Start-Up Market to the Hamburg Regulated Market.
