POLYTEC GROUP increased in the business year 2006 all key financials which
finally resulted in an increase in net profit of EUR 4.0 million or 28.0 % to
EUR 18.4 million.

In 2006 the Polytec Group was very successful in the acquisition of new projects
above all in the Automotive Systems Division. In this division projects with an
annual sales volume of EUR 68.5 million could be received.

Due to the positive development in the results 2006, a dividend proposal of EUR
0.25 will be made to the AGM on June 6, 2007.
