Erlangen, 4 September 2006. The Chief Executive Officer of Erlangen based
development and holding company november AG (ISIN DE0006762909), Dr. Wolf M.
Bertling, has left november AG’s Management Board with immediate effect. Dr.
Bertling’s responsibilities and functions will forthwith be taken over by Mr.
Reinhard Schüren. Indepently of this, Dr. Agnieszka Jankowska has declared her
intention to leave the Supervisory Board in two months’ time.
