Revenues increase by 16%
Positive EBIT and consolidated profit
Order situation in 2006 is promising

The preliminary annual result reflects the positive trend that already turned
out in the course of the fiscal year 2005: revenues increased by 16% - from
EUR26.8 million to EUR31.2 million. This and substantially lower costs and
depreciations lead to a positive EBIT of about EUR0.6 million. The consolidated
result amounts to EUR2.1 million, which contains a one-time earning of EUR1.9
million. Due to the promising volume of orders an even better result may be
expected in 2006.

The final annual report will be published on 15 March 2006.
