Ad hoc Announcement according § 15 (WpHG)

VIVACON AG increases transaction volume by a further EUR 25 mn

Cologne, December 29th 2005. Through further deals, VIVACON AG (ISIN 000604
8911) was able to increase the transaction volume of the portfolio sale
registered on 21 November 2005 to an institutional investor by 774 apartments
with an additional volume of around EUR 25 mn. The housing areas concerned are
located in Düsseldorf, Westmünsterland and Coburg. The apartments comprise a
total living area of approx. 48,000 square metres.
Hereditary building rights were created for a part of the parcels. The building
rights properties will transfer into the ownership of VIVACON AG.
