Wuppertal, 27 June 2005 - Prime Standard-listed holding company GESCO AG has
forecast sales of around EUR 205 million for financial year 2005/2006 (01.04.05
- 31.03.06) (previous year: EUR 192.3 million), a Group net income of EUR 6.6
million (previous year: EUR 6.2 million, which includes a non-recurring effect
of EUR 0.8 million) and earnings per share of EUR 2.64 (previous year: EUR
2.50).

The annual financial statements for financial year 2004/2005 and the forecast
for the current financial year will be presented at the accounts press
conference on 28 June 2005.
