Due to further reconciliation with customers after the announcement
of its final results, additional changes concerning the final results
for 2004 were necessary.

These corrections delay the planned date of the approval of the
annual accounts.

In order to disclose the final annual accounts to the shareholders on
time (14 days in advance of the annual general meeting), the annual
general meeting planed for April 20th 2005 has to be moved to May
19th 2005.

The Executive Board of JoWooD confirmed the fact that the decision to
delay is not related with the ongoing day to day business or any
further market activities.

The necessary corrections only affect the year 2004 and have to be
considered within the annual accounts 2004.

Sales +17.2 Mio EUR
Cost of Sales - 5.4 Mio EUR
Development Costs -12.8 Mio EUR
Gross Profit -1.1 Mio EUR
EBIT prior to restructuring -8.7 Mio EUR
Restructuring Result -7.7 Mio EUR
Financial Result -1.1 Mio EUR
Amortization of tax assets -5.7 Mio EUR
Result -23.1 Mio EUR

Balance sheet total 39.9 Mio. EUR; active deferred taxes 6.6 Mio.
EUR; products, finished and unfinished goods 17.4 Mio. EUR; cash and
shares 2.6 Mio. EUR; receivables 10.9 Mio. EUR; Equity ratio 43%
