Berlin / Grasbrunn, 16. March, 2005: On 11. March, 2005, the
shareholder´s resolutions of the extraordinary shareholder´s meeting
of InfoGenie Europe AG on 14. December 2004, have been entered into
the commercial register.

Upon such entry, the company´s name has been changed into "Wire Card
AG".
Furthermore, the registered share capital of the company has been
increased by EUR 42.135.788,00 by contributing all shares in Wire
Card Technologies AG. Through the completion of this capital
contribution in kind, the company´s emphasis as a realtime payment
and riskmanagement provider has been further implemented.

All pending shareholder´s disputes against these resolutions have
been mutually settled. The settlement will shortly be published in
the Electronic Federal Gazette.
