   Vienna, 15 October 2025. Today, the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank
   International AG (RBI) has appointed Kamila Makhmudová as CFO with effect
   from 1 January 2026 to the RBI Management Board. Consequently, the CFO
   function will again form a dedicated board area.

   Kamila Makhmudová has more than 20 years of experience in banking. She
   began her career at RBI in 2007 in the M&A division, where she oversaw
   numerous acquisition projects before taking over as head of “Corporate
   Development and Strategic Steering” in 2019. In December 2021, she was
   appointed as CFO to the Management Board of Raiffeisenbank in the Czech
   Republic. The appointment to RBI’s Management Board is still pending
   approval from the supervisory authorities.

   The size of RBI’s the Management Board is not impacted by the appointment:
   Following the expiry of Andrii Stepanenko's term on the Management Board,
   the Retail area will be managed by CEO Johann Strobl. The board area CIB
   Products & Solutions, which is currently managed by Marie-Valerie Brunner
   on an interim basis, will be assumed by Rainer Schnabl subject to approval
   from the supervisory authorities. Rainer Schnabl has been CEO of
   Raiffeisen Bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2022.

   The future composition of the Management Board of RBI will be as follows:
