   CPI Europe AG appoints two new members to its Executive Board

   The Supervisory Board of CPI Europe AG has appointed Vít Urbanec and
   Zdeněk Havelka as members of the Executive Board with immediate effect
   until 31 December 2027. The Executive Board of CPI Europe AG will now
   consist of Pavel Měchura, Vít Urbanec and Zdeněk Havelka, who will be
   jointly responsible for all areas of the company.

   Radka Doehring will continue to work for the company as an operational
   manager and authorized signatory.
