   The Supervisory Board of Kommunalkredit Austria AG has appointed Jacques
   Ripoll as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kommunalkredit Austria
   AG in its meeting today. He succeeds Dr. Sebastian Firlinger (CRO, CFO),
   who has additionally held the CEO position on an interim basis since
   August 2024.

   Jacques Ripoll will assume his mandate on 1 September 2025. His
   appointment is for a term of three years.

   Dr. Sebastian Firlinger will remain on the Executive Board of
   Kommunalkredit Austria AG in his role as CRO and CFO.
